Agnew Contract Services Ltd has individual rocks for sale, ex-site or delivery by arrangement. The rocks are located on Mataroa, Pukenaua and Kakariki Roads, immediately northwest of Taihape. Purchasers are invited to individually select a rock from stockpiles and/or within the paddocks. Inspection is invited during normal hours of work (8:00am - 5:00pm) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Price Schedule & Payment Terms

Price of rock will be determined on an individual order basis. The price will vary according to the customer's requirements, volume and rock category. Rock will be available ex-stockpile or individually chosen ex-paddock. Payment for all rock ex- paddock is to be made prior to uplifting for delivery. Payment for all cartage of rock is to be made upon receipt.

Loading & Delivery

Handling and loading of all individual rocks over four (4) tonne in weight will be charged over and above the quoted rates.

Cartage is not included in the purchase price but can be arranged (all goods are carried under the "Carriers Limited Liability Act"). When rock requires lifting off the method of transport at the receiving end, the purchaser undertakes to arrange at the appropriate time, the correct mechanisms to remove the rock from the transport provided. The purchaser agrees to pay all charges for the unloading of rock upon receipt if the rock can not be self tipped from the transport provided. All standing time spent while waiting for unloading will be charged out at the discretion of the transport provider.

Conditions

Agnew Contract Services Ltd advise that due to the nature of the terrain, the winning/extraction of rock is limited to weather conditions. Agnew Contract Services Ltd employs a "Best Practice" approach to the extraction of rock and must comply with property owner and environmental conditions relevant to the sites and any consents. Agnew Contract Services Ltd advises that due to these constraints, purchasers may experience delays (relevant to those conditions) to delivery of their rock.
